So, what’s on your Ubuntu? Here’s my pick after upgrading to the latest 8.04 ubuntu release.

Firefox browser with DownThemAll, AdBlock Plus, UnPlug, and ScribeFire plugin
Thunderbird Mail Client with Enigmail add-on
OpenOffice office suite
Dolphin File Manager (I prefer KDE’s file manager than Ubuntu’s default Nautilus)
Amarok Media Player (again, prefer this KDE apps than Rhythmbox)
VMWare Server Console (this one gave me a hard time)
KeePassX Password Manager
TrueCrypt Disk Encryption

Ubuntu rocks !!!
